On Wednesday 21st August Rūma Pāua took the public bus to the museum. They got to watch a show about space in the planetarium, explore Tūhura the science center, look around the butterfly museum, see Cora's winning photo in the exhibition, watch some beautiful Tongan dancers, then back to school to be picked up at the end of the day. The children were awesome and got some very kind comments from members of the public about how well-behaved they were.
On Tuesday the 23rd of May Rūma Pāua were lucky enough to have Bike School NZ come in for the day to teach them some bike skills. Some of the children got to bike around the Avenue and even over to Back Beach.
