On Tuesday 19th of March Mica, Ness, Manaia, Romy, Elyse, and Honor went to an event called Fern Fever, it was a day celebrating female sports! There were modified and inclusive games of cricket, rugby, football, and hockey.
After the Fern Fever activities, the girls got to head over to the University of Otago Oval to watch the White Ferns (NZ Womans Cricket Team) vs England in a Twenty20 game.
It was a wonderful day, the girls represented our school so well. A big thank you to Errol, Hannah, Em, and Carrie who volunteered to support the girls at the event.
